We are a propane company that specializes in hard-to-service areas of Washington and Oregon. We say "we can" when all others say they can't. Our fleet of propane service and delivery vehicles is custom-built specifically to deal with rough mountain roads and snow. When the trucks can't reach the destination, we utilize other equipment to move your fuel to where you need it.
YOUR NEEDS

Others have become our customer because they were unhappy that their current propane provider offers no support to their propane system issues. The solution is simple, call Mountain Top Propane and we will meet with you to discuss your specific needs. If you need snow-cat service we can handle this as well. Other customers like us because we will service their propane systems in addition to filling their tanks.

As long-time employees of a locally-beloved propane company, we learned what it takes to meet
Customers' needs. That includes the simple things, like showing up when we say we will,
transparency and simplicity in our pricing, and just being available.
When that propane company was bought by a larger corporation, we heard the unhappy voices
and saw a need. We broke off to form a specialized company that is dedicated to making
deliveries to hard-to-reach locations, with a special focus on cell tower locations in
the mountains. This work is right up our alley, with seasoned and skilled
off-road drivers who love a challenge, and a talented mechanic who builds robust and
reliable vehicles and equipment especially suited to the task.
Our primary focus is keeping telecom up and running by delivering fuel that powers the cellular network towers high in the mountains. We are happy to fill other needs as well; un-banked businesses for example. If another company has said they can't deliver, reach out to us and let us discuss how we can get the job done for you. We have creative and ambitious minds who look forward to the challenge.
We have a strong network of professionals that we work with to get any job done. If we need to haul tanks on 4WD pickups or Sno-Cats, or maybe charter a barge to deliver propane on an island when the ferries are booked for months, we know who to team up with to get your fuel where you need it.
Every situation is different, and we will quote a price based on the challenge, skill, equipment and risk involved in making the delivery. However, for straightforward deliveries where we can drive directly to the tank, we believe our prices are comparable. If we miss the mark, we will be happy to look at a competing quote and discuss it with you.
Our drivers enjoy camping and driving off-road in their spare time. Nick was raised in
the hills of Kittitas and has been driving over mountain terrain since he was a teenager.
One of his favorite vacation destinations is Moab, Utah where he can drive his full size
overlanding truck through all sorts of crazy terrain. With nerves of steel and an unbelievable
awareness of vehicle placement, he can take a truck where most others would never dare.
Nick also is a journeyman diesel mechanic with skills in fabrication. He knows how to maintain
our trucks so they are safe and reliable out in the sticks, but he also knows how to modify
a vehicle to suit a particular need.
